Educational Background
An Hons. Graduate in Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Graduate of Law from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.

Career Background
Commenced career in the year 1998 as a Management Trainee with Hotline Group of Companies later absorbed in the Group as Assistant Manger-Company Secretary of Hotline Glass Limited, one of the listed companies of Hotline Group. Joined as Manager-Legal & Secretarial with Goetze (India) Limited promoted as a Group Company of Escorts Limited in 1954 in collaboration with Federal Mogul, GMBH, Germany. After taking the exposure of private corporate sector joined a giant Public Sector Undertaking and a Navrtna, Rural Electrification Corporation Limited, covered under the Ministry of Power as Asst. Company Secretary, later promoted to Senior Officer-Company Secretary. Having taken the enormous experience of a Government Service, decided to work full time in the profession as a Company Secretary in Practice since November 2012.

Possess vast experience of more than 15 years in Corporate Laws and at present running own proprietorship firm of Company Secretaries under the name and style of "Monika Moorjani & Associates." Associated with a number of business houses in private sector as well as few of the organizations in public sector as Corporate Consultants rendering exclusive qualitative professional services to the clients to cater their needs and demands of a changing corporate world.
